Displacement test bench for vertical and horizontal testing of workbenches controlled by load or load/position according to EN 527-3, 581-2-3, EN 1730, BIFMA X5.1. 4 test axes for horizontal bench testing and 1 test axis for vertical bench testing. Each test axis has its own controllers assembled nearby, which are operated from a PC via the CAN bus and work synchronously. They are powered via a central power supply terminal that can carry up to 5 pneumatic test axes. The central supply terminal and PC can be placed on separate frames. Via the USB interface on the PC, data, control commands and software settings are transferred to the pneumatic test axis via the central power terminal. Part of the test bench is our extensive testing and evaluation software for system software Windows 2000, XP or Win7.
